Making a Reservation
- Online reservations must be made at least 24-hours before your pick-up. Need a car sooner? Please call 800-381-LIMO.
- We will call and confirm your reservation the night before travel. If you do not receive a call, please contact us.
- We can provide child-seats and boosters at no charge. Please tell the reservation agent if would like us to bring one.
- Small pets are allowed in our vehicles if they are in an approved soft carrier. Larger pets travelling in a hard-shell or wire crate will require a larger vehicle. Please discuss this at the time of booking with the reservation agent.
- If you are unfamiliar with the airport or require assistance with your baggage when you arrive, please ask the reservation agent about our “Meet-at-Baggage/Customs” service.
- Wait-time for all vehicles is $50/hour (in half-hour increments). We understand that there can be last-minute details to attend to before you leave on a trip. However, if it is necessary for the driver to wait 20 minutes, you will incur a $25 wait charge. Longer wait times will incur additional charges.
Online Reservation Form
- We will have your car standing close by for your booked arrival. We monitor flight arrival times, and will adjust accordingly if your flight is early or delayed.
- Please call us after you have retrieved your bags. We will direct you to your pickup point. If you have carry-on only, please call when you are outside the terminal.
- Domestic Terminals: Pickups are curbside in front of the terminal.
- International Terminal: Pickups are only at the designated “Limousine Loading Area,” which is on the lower level.
- When you book a reservation, the price quoted will be for direct transportation from your pickup location to your destination. Please discuss any additional stops you wish to make with the reservation agent. Additional Town Car stops are $25 each. Additional Limousine stops are $30 each.
- If you need to change/cancel your reservation, please call at least 8 hours prior to your reservation time to avoid a “late cancellation” fee.
- Please note that we cannot accept email changes/cancellation less than 24-hours before travel.
- If you fail to show at the designated time and place agreed to in your reservation, you will be charged the full rate.
